Shipping Methods:
Usually, JIAHO can provide following shipping method options: DHL, UPS, EMS and Hong Kong Air Mail.

Delivery Time:
Usually, after we confirm the payment of your order products, we will ship out your order products package within 3 business days. Then the shipping delivery time to your door is about 5-12 days or more, which depend on your selected delivery way and shipping destination.

Delivery safe:
Shipping is trackable online and insured. When we ship out your order package, we will send you online tracking number. In case of lost or missend package, we will investigate it and help you to make possible insurance claims, and we will also base on the instance to consider the resend or refund to you.

12 Months Warranty:
All our products come with 1 year warranty, physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty.

Returns Tips:
If you experience any problem with a product bought from JIAHO, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. The customer should consult and confirm with JIAHO about the possible faulty products in advance, and get a return products permit. All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

Refunds Tips
When receive request or confirmation of faulty goods, we will complete the payment refund within 5 business days.
In the case of faulty products returned, a full refund include original purchased products cost and shipping cost can be made which depend the conditions as below:
* The customer should consult and confirm with JIAHO about the possible faulty products.
* The products have been received by JIAHO with a properly completed returns.
* The returned product items have been confirmed by the JIAHO test team as faulty, defective, or unacceptable quality.
* If part of an order products is being returned, then the refunded delivery cost will be calculated by JIAHO according to the percentage of the overall original order.
* Refunds can be made via Paypal.
